This was our rental property. We had just sold our primary residence and were in the process of moving and closing on a new home out of state. Melanie took of everything for us. She was able to give advice from her experience about the renter. She took care of all the cleaning and repair, including a new roof. All of the work was done extraordinarily quickly and and at an extremely low price. The only thing we had to worry about was which of the many offers to accept. The entire process was smooth quick and and painless and we get more than we expected.
